Peter Reinarz

Peter Reinarz heads the tax practice of Bär & Karrer together with Dr. Daniel Lehmann. He has broad experience in all taxation matters, both corporate and individual tax. Mr. Reinarz' special focus lies on corporate tax planning, cross-border structuring of corporate transactions and businesses, as well as taxation of financial institutions and their products. Mr. Reinarz is also regularly handling complex fiscal matters of wealthy families.

In addition to taxation, Mr. Reinarz has broad practical experience in general business law matters. He serves as a board member of the European distribution company of a major manufacturer of medical appliances.
