Urs Bruegger's main areas of practice are corporate finance, financial market regulations and transactional services, including public tender offers and IPOs.
Urs Bruegger advises several Swiss public companies, international investment banks and significant investors in the Swiss financial market on a regular basis. He advised the board of directors of several listed companies in their takeover defence, a Cantonal government in the privatization of the Cantonal Bank and companies and underwriters in IPOs and other equity capital market transactions.
His individual expertise in his main areas of practice is recommended in several professional publications and listings (e.g. Chambers Europe, IFLR, European Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer).
