Eric Stupp’s main areas of focus are capital markets, bank regulations, and mergers & acquisitions in the finance sector. He heads the financial services department of Bär & Karrer. He advises on a regular basis numerous banks, insurances and other financial institutions in Switzerland and abroad. He also advises clients in real estate transactions.
Eric Stupp is vice-chairman of the board of directors of Goldman Sachs Bank AG, Zurich and a member of the boards of other financial institutions and industrial companies.
