Tina Wüstemann

Tina Wüstemann is advising Swiss and foreign private clients and service providers regarding complex estate planning matters including trusts, prenuptial agreements and wills. She is also involved in litigious cases and the administration of large international estates.

Apart from trust and estate law, Tina Wüstemann advises clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings (appointed as a party counsel or as member of arbitral tribunals in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations). Litigation (including internal investigations and international judicial assistance) and general corporate and commercial matters are also part of her practice.

Tina Wüstemann has published and lectured on trust and estate matters and arbitration in Switzerland and abroad.

Legal 500 (2009 edition) recommends Tina Wüstemann „for her experience in litigious cases and administration of large international estates" (recommendation is reiterated in the 2010 edition). Chambers Europe 2010 describes Tina Wüstemann as a "truly excellent private client specialist".
