Thomas Stoltz heads the Notarial Services department of Bär & Karrer and manages the Zug office together with Michael Trippel.

He advises national and international clients in particular located in the Zug business area on all legal issues related to corporate, commercial and labor law. He also specializes in questions of Swiss Aliens' Law.

In his capacity as Civil Law Notary Thomas Stoltz is regularly responsible for the notarial acts in the various national and cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs assisted by Bär & Karrer.
