Saverio Lembo heads the litigation and arbitration team of the Geneva office of Bär & Karrer.
He has extensive experience in white collar crime, commercial/financial litigation, international judicial assistance (civil/criminal), arbitration and insolvency. During recent years, he has been involved in a number of complex commercial litigation proceedings, was a party representative or arbitrator in various local and international commercial arbitrations and assisted clients in Swiss and foreign criminal proceedings.
Saverio Lembo's practice also extends to pharmaceutical litigation, inheritance law, employment matters and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards.
Chambers Global 2012 described Saverio Lembo as "a recognised name for litigation" and quoted clients: "He sees the point right away and doesn't lose us any time". Legal 500 (2010, 2011 and 2012) listed Saverio Lembo among the leading individuals in Switzerland in Dispute Resolution and pointed out that he had "excellent knowledge of the law and is very client oriented".
