Prof. Dr. Rashid Bahar

Rashid Bahar's practice focuses on banking, finance and capital markets. He regularly advises Swiss and foreign banks and securities dealers on transactional and regulatory matters. He is often involved in M&A transactions and complex financings, where he advises both lenders and borrowers.

Rashid Bahar is also associate professor at University of Geneva, where he teaches corporate and capital markets law. He is member of the executive committee of the Center for Banking and Financial Law and of the committee the LL.M. in Banking and Finance. He has extensively published and is regularly invited to speak on these issues.
