Tina Wüstemann

Tina Wüstemann heads Bär & Karrer's private client team. She advises Swiss and foreign private clients as well as service providers regarding complex estate planning matters including trusts, prenuptial agreements and wills. Tina Wüstemann also advises charitable foundations and is involved in litigious trust and estate cases as well as the administration of large international estates.

Apart from trust and estate law, Tina Wüstemann represents clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings. Litigation and general corporate and commercial matters are also part of her expertise.

Tina Wüstemann has published and lectured on trust and estate matters as well as arbitration in Switzerland and abroad.
