Stephanie Comtesse is responsible for the practice group Collective Investment Schemes and Structured Products. She has extensive experience in these matters.

Stephanie Comtesse has represented the interests of professional associations throughout the elaboration of the new Collective Investment Scheme Act. Her practice includes, in particular, the incorporation of Swiss fund management companies, assisting foreign promoters in entering the Swiss market as well as support with all authorisation procedures relevant to this field. Stephanie Comtesse further advises clients on the issuance and listing of structured products. She publishes in her areas of expertise and lectures regularly on these topics.

Stephanie Comtesse also provides advice in general banking and corporate matters as well as in relation to real estate transactions.
