Rolf Watter has broad experience in all types of M&A and capital market transactions including large scale mergers, auction procedures, cross-border transactions and IPOs. He also specializes in corporate governance questions.
Rolf Watter is presently a board member in the following listed companies: Zurich Financial Services, Syngenta and Nobel Biocare (in all three companies he is also a member of the audit committee). He is also a board member of Faber Castell (Holding) AG, UBS AP AG and of Bär & Karrer AG.
