Our private client team advises private clients and their families in all matters relating to matrimonial property and succession law, including domestic and international estate planning, estate administration and executorships. We also assist our clients regarding residence and domicile in Switzerland as well as matters relating to trusts and foundations.

We advise clients on using and setting up legal structures for estate planning (including trusts or other structures in foreign jurisdictions), inheritance or estate tax.

As trust matters become increasingly litigious, not only in common law jurisdictions but also in the civil law context, we represent clients in all types of litigation involving trusts, gifts, wills, estates and matrimonial agreements before Swiss courts and - together with firms in other jurisdictions - before foreign courts and in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
