In the recent years our firm has become more and more involved in advising Swiss clients and subsidiaries of international groups in life sciences and health care matters.
Our life-science team advises on regulatory questions and on the promotion and advertisement of drugs. We represent our clients in administrative investigations and proceedings as well as in litigation. We assist our clients in drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the development and distribution of pharmaceutical products and the exploitation of rights therein.
