Our privacy and data protection team advises clients in all aspects of compliance with Swiss privacy and data protection laws, including special secrecy provision such as the Swiss banking secrecy. We regularly cooperate with correspondent law firms in international data protection compliance projects.

We prepare or review transborder data-flow agreements, binding corporate rules and outsourcing agreements. We also advise our clients, particularly in an international context, on data protection issues.

Team members co-wrote a Commentary on the Swiss Data protection Act, a leading text on this subject, as well as other privacy focused publications.
