Our private client team advises private clients and their families on all matters relating to matrimonial property and succession law, including domestic and international estate planning, estate administration and executorships. We also assist our clients with regard to taking up residence and domicile in Switzerland.

We advise clients on using and setting up legal structures, including trusts or other structures in foreign jurisdictions.

Trust and estate matters have become increasingly contentious and there is a continuous trend to have these matters litigated before Swiss and other civil law courts. We represent our clients in all types of litigation involving trusts, gifts, wills, estates and matrimonial property before Swiss courts and, together with correspondent law firms, before foreign courts and in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
