We have extensive experience assisting clients with investigations by the Swiss Competition Commission in connection with cartels, vertical and horizontal cooperation as well as the abuse of a dominant position.

In addition, we routinely represent clients in merger control filings with the Swiss Competition Commission and coordinate multijurisdictional merger control filings.

We also advise our clients on their day-to-day business on issues such as distribution practices, co-operation agreements, intellectual property licensing, and pricing and marketing policies. Finally, we advise clients on the implementation of anti-trust compliance programs.
